its called a resi which is basicly a layer of rubber over thick crash matts, so u can ride over it but if u fall on it, it absorbs ur impact

y noy buy the full bike for £600.
if not i will sell u wot iv said, including back wheel tube tyre n chain for £500.
all you need then 4 a full build is forks stem n bars n front wheel.
